Return policy
There is no return policy unless your item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email at info@stones-creations.com giving us details of the product and the defect.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during transport.
Within 1 month after your order, we agree to repair the defective item free of charge. After 1 month, we will charge you CHF 8 per item.
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the delivery of defective items or sizes. They are not refundable.

Depending on where you live in Switzerland, the delivery time of your product may vary.
If you are sending an item with a value of more than CHF 45, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured.
